Responsibilities
- Accurately process and pack orders using RF scanners and automated systems
- Maintain organized inventory counts and conduct cycle counts as scheduled
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse cleanliness standards
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks using proper techniques and equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math and literacy skills for inventory tracking
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain company training
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in order processing
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
