Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack products according to customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Ensure all items are accurately labeled, securely packaged, and ready for timely shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect products for damage or defects and report discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to achieve daily productivity goals and quality targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the San Diego facility.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
