Responsibilities
- Manage and update digital inventory records in our warehouse management system.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments with 100% accuracy.
- Conduct daily cycle counts and spot checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Communicate discrepancies or missing items to the logistics team immediately.
- Assist in organizing and labeling stock bins for efficient retrieval.
- Maintain a clean and organized home office workspace.
- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines for remote data handling.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (35+ WPM).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to complete a background check.
