Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently select, pack, and label merchandise according to customer orders and company standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and performing regular cycle counts.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage and ensure all packaging meets quality specifications.
- Shipping & Receiving: Load and unload trucks and verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and order fulfillment.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
