Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products by hand or using forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers.
- Verify and count stock items, and record inventory data using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Pack, seal, and label products for shipment to ensure safe delivery.
- Perform cycle counts and assist in physical inventory audits.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required; we provide paid training.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a regular basis.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
