Responsibilities
- Safely move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Verify inventory accuracy through systematic counting and documentation procedures
- Maintain organized storage areas and optimize space utilization efficiency
- Operate warehouse technology systems including WMS and barcode scanners
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends
- Valid North Carolina driver's license preferred
