Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport products safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize storage areas to ensure efficient workflow.
- Monitor freezer and cooler temperatures regularly to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations to prevent workplace accidents.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment and storage facilities.
- Assist in the preparation of orders for shipment and delivery.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (temperatures below freezing).
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Forklift certification is a plus, but training can be provided for qualified candidates.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
