Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure safety compliance and equipment functionality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Verify and document incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in inventory control by tagging and shelving products efficiently.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Perform general warehouse duties such as palletizing and shrink-wrapping.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (OSHA preferred).
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and rotating shifts.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Valid Driver's License required.
