Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
- Inspect and verify equipment (provided by company) for safety and functionality before use.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to scan and track inventory accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely fulfillment of daily shipping targets.
- Perform quality control checks on packages to prevent damaged goods.
- Assist in inventory cycle counts and stock organization as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours) and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail to ensure correct order fulfillment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if needed.
- Valid state-issued ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
