Responsibilities
- Pack items into boxes, cartons, or crates to prepare for shipment, ensuring all safety guidelines are followed.
- Label packages correctly with shipping information and destination addresses.
- Inspect products for damage or defects before packing.
- Maintain a clean and organized packing station to maximize efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks as required.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail packing role is a plus.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning labels and reading work orders.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
