Responsibilities
- Pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld RF scanners and automated systems.
- Inspect all items for quality, damage, or defects before final packaging.
- Ensure proper labeling, sealing, and documentation of all outbound packages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production quotas and safety goals.
- Assist in inventory checks and cycle counts to ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy loads (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation and a history of punctual attendance.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
