Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards
- Manage inventory documentation and coordinate with warehouse team for accurate stock tracking
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet daily operational goals
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (e.g., OSHA-certified) and 2+ years of recent operating experience
- Ability to read and interpret warehouse documents, labels, and shipping instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
