Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA safety standards
- Load/unload trucks and containers efficiently while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow warehouse protocols
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of industrial forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
