Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload inventory
- Maintain accurate inventory records using digital tracking systems
- Adhere to strict OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize loading/unloading efficiency
- Assist with warehouse organization and cleanliness standards
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain through our training program)
- Minimum 6 months of prior forklift operation experience
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
