Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse environments
- Execute precise inventory stacking and retrieval in multi-level racking systems
- Conduct daily pre-operation safety inspections and equipment maintenance checks
- Coordinate with warehouse team for efficient loading/unloading of freight
- Maintain accurate inventory documentation using WMS systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety guidelines at all times
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-approved forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 2 years of recent warehouse forklift operation experience
- Proven ability to operate sit-down, stand-up, and reach trucks
- Familiarity with RF scanning technology and inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
