Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse settings
- Manage inventory using RF scanners and WMS systems with 99.8% accuracy
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for efficient material flow and loading/unloading
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company SOPs
- Train new operators on safe equipment handling procedures
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional forklift operation experience
- Valid OSHA Forklift Certification and valid New York driver's license
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness skills
- OSHA 10-Hour General Industry certification preferred
