Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in warehouse environments
- Accurately receive, count, and organize inventory in climate-controlled facilities
- Maintain detailed logs of material movements and equipment inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs promptly
- Assist in warehouse audits and inventory reconciliation cycles
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (current and verifiable)
- Minimum 2 years of recent warehouse/forklift experience
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation and order verification
- Pre-employment background check and drug screening required
- Availability for flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
