Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in a fast-paced warehouse setting
- Accurately manage inventory through systematic stock rotation and cycle counting
- Maintain detailed records of daily operations and equipment maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines
- Assist in loading/unloading shipments and dock operations
- Conduct pre/post-shift equipment inspections and report issues
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license
- Minimum 2 years of industrial forklift experience
- Strong knowledge of warehouse safety regulations
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
