Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and condition.
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to manage inventory levels in real-time.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to strict quality standards and deadlines.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
- Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to resolve logistical issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid forklift operator certification.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
