Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international freight shipments via ocean, air, and ground carriers
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, commercial invoices)
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS platforms
- Resolve customs clearance issues and compliance requirements
- Optimize routing and cost-efficiency for client shipments
- Communicate with carriers, customs brokers, and clients
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records
Qualifications
- 3+ years shipping/logistics coordination experience
- Proficient in TMS software (e.g., Descartes, Blue Yonder)
- Familiarity with INCOTERMS 2020 and customs regulations
- Strong Excel skills and data management abilities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Forklift certification a plus
