- Maintain real-time inventory records with 99.9% accuracy
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for efficient stock rotation
- Generate monthly inventory reports for leadership review
- Implement FIFO protocols and manage cycle counts
- Collaborate with procurement on stock replenishment strategies
- Audit physical inventory against system data weekly
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory control experience in logistics/warehousing
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Forklift certification preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
