Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and scan customer orders with accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, scanners) safely
- Maintain organized inventory and stock rotation systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards
- Process returns and damaged inventory
- Support inventory audits and cycle counts
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Stamina for standing/walking 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and tech adaptability
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Reliable transportation to Henderson facility
