Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize inventory in temperature-controlled storage units (freezers and coolers).
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock rotation to ensure product freshness.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Adhere to strict cold chain protocols to prevent product spoilage.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (temperatures below 32°F).
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation and a history of punctual attendance.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer skills for logging work activities.
