Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently to move materials.
- Load and unload trucks and shipping containers in a timely manner.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety targets.
- Perform basic machine maintenance checks and report issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (forklift, pallet jack, or order picker).
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and overtime as required.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems.
