Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and prepare orders for shipment using company guidelines
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before packing
- Operate packing equipment (box sealers, label printers) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized and clean workstation to ensure productivity
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily packing targets
- Report inventory discrepancies or damaged items to supervisors
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or order packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 6-8 hour shifts
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation to our Chicago facility
- Flexibility to work during peak holiday seasons
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
