Responsibilities
- Pack and label customer orders with precision using warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before shipment
- Operate packaging equipment including scanners, labelers, and automated systems
- Maintain organized inventory zones and adhere to safety protocols
- Collaborate with shipping and receiving teams to ensure seamless operations
- Document packing activities and report inventory discrepancies
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly with proper techniques
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Flexible availability to work mornings, afternoons, or weekends
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification a plus but not required
