Responsibilities
- Accurately pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to specifications
- Operate packing equipment and technology efficiently while maintaining safety protocols
- Verify inventory counts and report discrepancies to warehouse management
- Collaborate with receiving/shipping teams to maintain seamless workflow
- Maintain clean and organized work area to ensure operational efficiency
- Adhere to company quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance packing processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required for position)
- Previous warehouse or packing experience is a plus but not required
- Reliable transportation to our Warm Springs Rd facility
