Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload merchandise from incoming and outgoing trucks and trailers.
- Verify product accuracy against shipping manifests and work orders.
- Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts to move materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and general warehouse housekeeping.
- Follow all company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory accuracy and packaging calculations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and overtime when needed.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Valid driver's license (if driving company vehicles).
