Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners.
- Verify product quality and inspect for damages before packing.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Load and unload trucks and pallets safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Sort and stage inventory according to shipping labels and company standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies regarding warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills; ability to read pick tickets.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours/day).
