Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and voice-pick technology
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock rotation
- Adhere to FDA and USDA compliance for cold chain storage
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards promptly
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Flexible availability to cover morning, evening, or weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
