Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate powered industrial trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely.
- Inspect items for defects and ensure proper packaging.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse floor to ensure safety compliance.
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory.
- Collaborate with the shipping team to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods (8-10 hours).
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
- Attention to detail to minimize picking errors.
- Physical ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
