- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control procedures using WMS systems
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe working environment
- Coordinate loading/unloading of shipments and manage dock operations
- Analyze operational metrics to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Implement process improvements for material handling workflows
- Communicate with cross-functional teams on inventory and shipping needs
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics/supply chain
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10/30 training preferred
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible schedule availability (including nights/weekends as needed)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with cross-functional team leadership
