Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning and cycle counting systems
- Inspect materials for damage and ensure proper storage protocols are followed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain a hazard-free workspace
- Operate warehouse management software for real-time inventory tracking
- Support shipping/receiving processes and documentation procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
