Responsibilities
- Safely unload, sort, and distribute incoming materials using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Manage inventory with precision, including cycle counts and data entry in WMS systems
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, scanners) following OSHA safety standards
- Prepare outbound shipments for timely delivery, including packing and labeling
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces to prevent hazards and ensure efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support order fulfillment targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and inventory discrepancies immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including occasional overtime
