Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage zones
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn scanning systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Standing/walking for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts)
- Reliable transportation to the McPherson Rd location
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work in climate-controlled warehouse environment
