Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping processes
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 10-15 warehouse associates
- Implement and maintain OSHA compliance standards and safety protocols
- Optimize inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system audits
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock scheduling
- Analyze operational metrics to identify efficiency improvement opportunities
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and forklift certifications
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in high-volume distribution
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operation credentials
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Flexible schedule availability including nights/weekends as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field (or equivalent experience)
