Responsibilities
- Operate provided warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, scanners) for efficient inventory movement
- Perform accurate cycle counts, stock audits, and quality checks during overnight shifts
- Maintain organized storage zones and optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and equipment maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical challenges in real-time
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with precision and timeliness
- Utilize warehouse management systems for real-time inventory tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to operate provided warehouse machinery after paid training
- Physical stamina for lifting (up to 50 lbs) and standing 8-hour shifts
- Availability to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM) with weekend flexibility
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation certification)
