Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff while ensuring OSHA compliance
- Implement inventory control procedures and conduct cycle counts
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and utilization (forklifts, scanners, etc.)
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics
- Collaborate with transportation and procurement teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and equipment operation proficiency
- Strong knowledge of WMS and inventory management systems
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, inventory software)
