Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package customer orders in fast-paced fulfillment centers
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts) with precision
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock rotation and cycle counting
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with consistent attendance
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions (coolers/freezers optional)
