Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse environments
- Safely load/untract trailers and manage inventory using RF scanners
- Maintain precise warehouse documentation and inventory control systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and conduct daily equipment inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize material flow
- Train new hires on safety procedures and equipment operation
- Support cycle counts and month-end inventory reconciliation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience (valid certification required)
- OSHA 10-Hour General Industry certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
