Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Inspect and organize inventory in climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety standards
- Maintain accurate inventory records via warehouse management system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Participate in cycle counts and quality control checks
- Adhere to company safety protocols and housekeeping standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (OSHA certified) a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
