Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Verify inventory accuracy against shipping/receiving documents
- Operate warehouse equipment to move materials efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized storage areas and loading zones
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
- Assist with cycle counting and inventory audits
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Valid California driver's license
