Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move materials efficiently
- Load/unload trucks with proper securing techniques to prevent damage
- Perform inventory counts using scanning technology and maintain accurate records
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team promptly
- Maintain organized storage areas following FIFO principles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain with company training)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to our Dallas facility
