Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks and containers using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Inspect and sort incoming/outgoing inventory for accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse environment following OSHA standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks) with proper certification
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting processes
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
