Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment
- Train and direct warehouse staff on safety protocols and efficient handling techniques
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts to maintain accuracy
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize productivity
- Prepare daily performance reports and recommend process improvements
- Coordinate with transportation team for seamless dock scheduling
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years warehouse or supervisory experience in logistics/supply chain
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of transportation logistics and freight handling
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license required
