Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized and efficient workflow in assigned picking zones
- Conduct quality checks on items before shipping to ensure customer satisfaction
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification) safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report inventory discrepancies to supervisors for resolution
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work independently while following team instructions
