Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and pack customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., scanners, pallet jacks) following safety protocols
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow and meet daily targets
- Adhere to Amazon's high standards of safety and operational excellence
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and organizing stock in designated areas
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Valid government-issued photo ID and work authorization
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
