Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99% accuracy using RF scanners and digital picking systems
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Process returns and damaged goods according to company procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices
- Flexible availability including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
