Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Optimize order picking routes to maximize efficiency and meet daily targets
- Maintain precise inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse or order picking experience
- Proficient with RF scanners and WMS systems
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
