Responsibilities
- Manage inventory tracking using digital systems and barcode scanners
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with carriers and warehouse teams
- Perform quality inspections on materials and documentation
- Maintain accurate records in WMS and ERP platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistics issues
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Optimize material flow to minimize handling time
Qualifications
- 1+ years of warehouse or logistics experience
- Proficiency with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Valid forklift certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Self-motivated with excellent time management
- Basic math and data entry skills
